AI Prompt to Email
Prompt-to-Email is an AI-driven feature that lets users generate complete, brand-ready emails from a simple text prompt. The goal was to reduce time, friction, and creative fatigue while keeping users in control of the final visual output.

Problem
Users struggled to see their brand reflected in existing email templates. Pre-designed templates often felt generic, while starting from a blank canvas felt intimidating and time-consuming. How might we help users see their own brand reflected in an email before committing without forcing them to start from a blank canvas or settle for generic templates?
Our approach
We introduced Prompt to Email as a guided, exploratory system, one that lets users move from idea to polished email without starting from scratch or locking into a single direction too early.
At the core of this experience are Builder Packs.
Builder packs for prompt to email feature act as a skeleton for AI to generate emails, content and place images based on the prompt inputed by our users while the user’s prompt becomes the skin, shaping tone, messaging, and intent.
